Accessibility statement

Commitment and transparency

We are working to improve access to Milamo for people with disabilities. This statement describes the work actually done; it is not an audit certificate and not a declaration of full compliance with Israeli Standard 5568 or WCAG. A professional accessibility audit (with a screen reader or automated tooling) of all site flows has not been completed.

Adjustments made on the site

• A skip-to-content link at the very start of every page.
• Full keyboard operation, with a visible focus outline (:focus-visible) on every interactive control.
• Text labels on form fields and icon-only buttons.
• Native browser dialogs for every popup, which close on Escape and return focus to the control that opened them.
• Support for the "reduce motion" (prefers-reduced-motion) preference.
• A Hebrew, English and French interface, including right-to-left layout for Hebrew.
• Support for enlarging the page with the browser's own zoom.
• A visible lyrics transcript under every sample video, in addition to the on-screen animation.

Known limitations

• Testing with assistive technology (such as NVDA, VoiceOver or JAWS) has not been performed on the wizard, the timing editor or the export/preview screens.
• AI-generated images do not yet have a full, specific text description of their actual visual content.
• Exported and downloaded video files do not yet carry an embedded caption track.
• Color-contrast figures we have checked are computed from the declared CSS color values, not measured from rendered pixels in an actual browser.
• Automatic word-by-word timing is a starting point and may need manual correction; a dedicated screen lets you review and adjust the timing of every line before you continue.
